I know we’ve told you before how you are a wonderful doctor and we truly appreciate everything you have done for us but we feel that isn’t enough. We don’t think of you as just our doctor but our friend as well. I have never known anyone like you, you are definitely one of a kind, too bad there aren’t more doctors like you. You have helped me through so much I can’t even begin to tell you. We will never forget your kindness, compassion, patience and understanding. I know that I have one more surgery that lies ahead but I look forward to it because with your wonderful care and great concern I know I’m in good hands. I am just a few weeks away from having the body I have been waiting for, for so long.
