About our Plastic Surgery Practice

The Celestial Institute of Plastic Surgery is located in Canton, Michigan, just 20 minutes from Detroit and 15 minutes from Ann Arbor. The 5,000 square foot office gives a feeling of peace to those who enter. For the benefit of our patients Dr. Bazzi is affiliated with Oakwood Hospital & Medical Center, St. Mary Mercy Hospital, Providence Hospital and the Detroit Medical Center.

At the Celestial Institute of Plastic Surgery we acknowledge that there lies something much deeper beyond the image that we greet at the door. We cater to those individuals who seek enhancement for hopes of attaining a balance in their lives as well as an elevated level of comfort, confidence and self esteem. For other individuals who are simply looking to learn more about plastic surgery and all of its embodiments, we invite them to explore our office and our web based resources to potentially satisfy their curiosity and answer any questions they may have. The aim of the Celestial Institute of Plastic Surgery is truly to change the trendy face of ‘Cosmetic Surgery’ and to facilitate the timeless portrayal of what the art of plastic surgery truly is. We recommend all of our patients to choose a route which will further individualize their already unique character in contrast to conforming to the characteristics of celebrities, famous individuals or anybody other than themselves. At the Celestial Institute of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Mohamad H. Bazzi chooses to remain steadfast in preserving the true art of plastic surgery. He elects not to participate in the short lived trends set by popular fads; instead he chooses to continue upholding the timeless standards that plastic surgery is governed by. In the long run, we want to change the face of plastic surgery from a convenience that is only available to the rich and famous to a medical specialty that aims in the promotion of the overall well being of all people. An experience at the Celestial Institute of Plastic Surgery will be one that is fulfilling on several levels, physical, psychological and spiritual.

Our high standards and ethics are non-negotiable and we believe this allows us to provide the best care possible to our patients. Our philosophy combines safety, education and professionalism. The extra level of safety is present at every surgical procedure because not only is board certified Dr. Bazzi performing the surgery, but the patient is surrounded by a trained medical staff during and after their procedure. Our practice aims to educate patients on plastic surgery procedures, not glamorize them. Our staff also exceeds standards set by medical associations, the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery.

Our mission is to seek a balance between your inner self and a corresponding outward reflection. This helps to maintain a person’s individual personality and represent their outward projection as well. We urge you to think of timeless beauty, not as ever evolving trends when you consider plastic surgery. We are trying to change the trendy face of ‘Cosmetic Surgery’ into the portrayal of art. We suggest that all of our patients choose a path that will help them find their balance and enhance their unique character.
